These Terms govern your use of TableBI (the "Service"), operated by tablize tech llc. By creating a workspace or connecting a data source, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TableBI is a read-only marketing reporting and analytics tool. You connect your own marketing data sources (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Ads, or CSV files you upload); TableBI pulls performance metrics, normalizes them into one consistent set of numbers, and renders reports and live dashboards. TableBI does not place ads, spend money, or modify your campaigns.
You retain all rights to your data. You grant TableBI the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display it for the purpose of providing the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising or model training.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: accessing data you are not authorized to access; attempting to breach or probe security or workspace isolation; reverse-engineering or disrupting the Service; or using it to violate any law or the terms of the connected platforms (including the Google Ads API Terms and Meta Platform Terms).
The Service depends on third-party APIs (Google, Meta and others). Your use of those data sources is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or access decisions made by those platforms.
The Service is provided on an ongoing basis but may change, and features may be added or removed. We may modify these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Reports and metrics are derived from data provided by third-party platforms and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for financial decisions without verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tablize tech llc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, we delete associated stored data as described in the Privacy Policy.
